    From our 14-day private beta (127 invite-gated users, July 20 to August 3, 2026). Half of those try-ons began inside a stylist conversation, not from browsing. That's a materially different buyer from one who clicked a thumbnail. Every one of them is a return that never happens, in a market where apparel returns run 25 to 35% and RTO adds about 23% on top.
