    You can ask us to delete your Aeza account and the personal data linked to it at any time. This page covers the Aeza app and aeza.in, run by Aeza Innovations Private Limited.

    How to delete your account

      Send us a deletion request

      Use the button below, or email us from the address linked to your Aeza account. Include the email or phone number you signed up with.

      We confirm it's you

      We reply to confirm the request and may ask you to verify that you own the account before we delete anything.

      We delete your account

      Your account is closed and your personal data is deleted or anonymised within 90 days. We email you when it's done.

    What we delete

    Within 90 days of confirming your request, we delete or irreversibly anonymise:

    • Account and identity data

      Name, email address, phone number, date of birth and login details.

    • Photos and try-on renders

      Photos you uploaded for virtual try-on and every render made from them.

    • Sizes and measurements

      Sizes and measurements you gave us for dynamic sizing.

    • Style and shopping preferences

      Saved items, likes, brand and category preferences, and onboarding answers.

    • Creator profile and picks

      If you are an Aeza creator: your profile, photos, storefront and picks.

    • Messages and feedback

      Support requests, survey responses and other messages you sent us.

    What we keep, and for how long

    Some records have to be kept for legal reasons even after your account is deleted. We keep only what is required, only for as long as it is required:

    • Order and payment records

      Invoices and transaction records for orders you placed, kept for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires. These are not used for anything else.

    • Security and access logs

      Kept for at least one year where applicable rules require it, then deleted.

    • Records needed for disputes

      Data we must keep to resolve an open dispute, refund or legal claim, only until it is resolved.

    Delete some data, keep your account

    You don't have to close your account to remove your try-on photos, renders or measurements. Email ayush.shetty@aeza.in and tell us what you'd like deleted, and we'll remove it while keeping your account open.

    Deleting your account can't be undone. Orders that are already placed are still delivered, and refunds or returns in progress are completed first. For more on how we handle your data, read our Privacy Policy. Questions or complaints can go to our Grievance Officer at ayush.shetty@aeza.in.
